I’ve spent the last week going through the ALA annual conference schedule and getting very excited to hear about all the new books that are coming out. I then stumbled upon this post from Book Riot, discussing Book Expo America and whether or not publishers chose to emphasize diverse books and authors. It’s definitely something to keep in mind going into the ALA conference.
